"Hi! My name is Cassia! I have been doing this work for about 2 years now and it has completely changed my life!! I started my work with Cassie in a time when I was really struggling with feeling unworthy and like I wasn’t doing enough. I was struggling with the people I was surrounding myself with and was really unhappy in social settings and felt myself being triggered easily. I was emotional all the time and I didn’t know why. Once I was able to fully dive into this work and understand the power behind it, my life has never been the same. I cut out toxic friendships, healed broken relationships with family, and felt the most connected to myself than I’ve ever been. Cassie was so gentle and understanding throughout the entire process. She was always there for me and was a listening ear to all that I had to say. She helped me through every situation I brought up to her with love and kindness. I have been so inspired by her through doing this work that I am now training and learning through her how to become a life coach myself.
